Fusion Gitana offers weekly classes in Miami. We have 2 locations for your convenience. In addition to classes our artistic director teaches workshops in the U.S and all over the world.

8:00pm- Flamenco Fusion (Beginner /Intermediate)
The fusing of Flamenco and Middle Eastern dance. In this class you will learn technique & improvisation. You'll learn posture, arm work (braseo), turns and skirt work. You will need to bring a wide flamenco or gypsy skirt, a hip scarf, a fan, and a veil to class. It is recommended that you do bring a water bottle to class
9:00pm -Flamenco Fusion (Mandatory troupe class)
Please note that this class is ONLY for Fusion Gitana dance company. If your interested in becoming part of the troupe you can email us for more information.

1:30pm- Flamenco Fusion (Beginner/Intermediate)
This class you will learn technique, arm work (braseo), improvisation, skirt work and choreographies in an intensive format. In this class you will also learn foot work (taconeo) and the use of more props like the Manton (Shawl). Students in this class will be able to participate in various shows & events.
Please bring water, hipscarf, veil, and a wide skirt.
2:30pm - Flamenco Oriental with Footwork (Beginner/Intermediate)
(Must pre register)
A mixture of Flamenco and Bellydance with the strength and power use of Taconeo (footwork). One of the most powerful props you can use when you dance. Footwork adds elegance and strength to your performance.
Please bring a pair of Flamenco or charachter shoes to class, water, fan and wide skirt.
** Students are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign in and reserve a spot **

ASMAHAN is from Argentina and has worked as a professional dancer in Egypt for many years She is today one of the most famous dancers in Egypt. She started studying classical ballett when she was 6 years old. When she was 14 years old, she started studying Spanish and Flamenco and when she was 16 she moved on to dance oriental dance.
Asmahan soon became a professional dancer and has since then been working as a professional oriental dancer in Argentina and all over the world where she ´s been performing in five star hotels and for Royalties and diplomats. She has been broadcasted in Tv and Media all over the world and been cooperating with many famous artists. She has been working as a dancer in Alexandria and in Cairo in many five star hotels like Sheraton Montaza Cairo Sheraton, Meridien, Semiramis Intercontinental, Conrad Hotel among many other hotels.
Nowadays apart from her work as a dancer in Egypt,she is travelling to make shows in different European countries {France, Switzerland, England, Ukraine Russia, Singapore in Asia, Argentina} She has been teaching belly dancing the past few years.
